Hello everyone! Let me introduce myself. My name is Ken. How’s your summer vacation?
Each of us can enjoy summer vacation the way we like. However, according to me, the best way to enjoy summer vacation is to learn or experience something new.
I’m very very excited to tell you that I had a wonderful vacation in this summer. Can you guess what it is?
I had a chance to take part in Flamingo Summer Tour. This is the first time I’ve joined it. I needed to go to Flamingo language school before 7am to prepare for this trip. All of classmates and I got on the bus and it took us 30 minutes to arrive at the destination – the Vietopia. We had the opportunity to join and experience a lot of occupations.
In the first activity, we were eager to experience and knew how it felt to be a firefighter. This is one of the must-try activities in the center. I knew how to prevent fire, and how to use a fire extinguisher. I think it is very essential and useful for my life.
The next exciting one is to become a train driver. We were taken into a train simulator. I think it is very cool. I took the time to read over the instruction on how to control a train, which is amazing to me.
Beside the two activities mentioned above, we also had a lot of games to play in some places like Yakult factory, Coke factory, the gas station, the space station and so on. I could also feel the team building spirit in Flamingo language school. It was super fun as we danced together. All of us tried our best to win the games. Unfortunately, we just won one game which is called “Hac deo dai”.
My teacher captured every moment of joy we had. My classmates and I returned to Flamingo language school at 4pm. To my surprise, we didn’t get tired because we had a lot of fun during this tour.
Although the trip was pretty short, I felt very happy. Hope we can go there again soon!
